**Angie Fashion12 LLC Return and Credit Policy**
Returning items for credit is quick and easy. To initiate a return, send us an email at customerservices@angiefashion12.com including the items you wish to receive credit for, your order number, the full name of the recipient, and the reason for the return. After selecting the reason and items you wish to return, you will be asked to pay for your return shipping label before being able to print the label from home and send it hassle-free. Additionally, as a thank you, you will receive a discount for your next purchase with us.
- **Item Conditions**
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all original Angie Fashion12 LLC and product tags intact and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ***If we suspect a customer has used the items and returned them (wardrobing), no credit will be issued, and the customer will be blocked from our site.
Any item not received in good condition will NOT be accepted, and the customer will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have the items returned to them. Any unaccepted packages that have not had reshipping fees paid within 30 days will be discarded, and no credit will be issued. No exceptions.

- **Damages/Wrong Items**
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival via email (customerservices@angiefashion12.com). If not reported within that time frame, no credit will be issued. It is imperative that you report the damage within this time frame, including pictures of the damage in your email, so we can assist you immediately in resolving your issue. Customer-inflicted damages, such as cuts to the clothes made at the time of opening the package, will not qualify for a replacement. Please take extra care when opening packages. Although rare, if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us with pictures of the item you received so we can send you a return label and ship the correct item to you as soon as possible.
- **Exchanges**
At Angie Fashion12 LLC, we are constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. Additionally, we cannot hold any merchandise. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you store credit once we've received your return. That way, you can use the credit for the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
- **Credit Processing**
We strive to be as fast and efficient as possible with returns so you can use your credit for another amazing outfit! If the item is returned within the first 7 days from delivery, the customer can choose between receiving a refund to the original payment method or a gift card. If the item is returned between day 8 and day 14 from delivery, store credit will be issued. Once returned packages arrive at our facilities, please allow us 10-15 business days to process your store credit, although processing times are often quicker. Please allow 15-25 business days during peak holiday seasons. Once your return has been processed, credit will be issued in the appropriate method.
**Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied to orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs. We are not responsible for USPS, FedEx, or UPS being unable to deliver a package due to an address issue or them not having a secure place to deliver the package.
KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING. We will only issue credit for packages if the customer provides tracking information showing delivery to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned the package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, we require proof in the form of a tracking number showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.
- **Final Sale Items**
Non-returnable, no exceptions. All items found in the Sale category, accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits are non-returnable. Masks are also considered accessories and fall under this category and are also final sale.
- **Order Cancellations**
Due to our shipping department processing orders very quickly, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
